Welcome, future Brookewood International Students!
This page contains three forms to fill out:
​ the host family survey, the uniform sizing form, and a place to upload documents. 

Host Family Form 

For international students who need Brookewood to help provide a host family, please fill out the form here.

Most families who host international students will have the student share a bedroom with a daughter. Each student will have her own bed. Some host families will have a separate bedroom for the international student, though we do not require this for hosting.

Uniforms 

Most Brookewood international students will receive a new Brookewood uniform upon arrival to the school. For internationals who paid for the uniform fee with their activities and materials fee, please fill out the form here to let the school know your sizing.

IMPORTANT: Please measure using a tape measure OR a string with a measuring stick.  Measure at the highest and thinnest point of your waistline, please. When in doubt, go a size up so that you will have a bit of room in your uniform.
