About Michelle
Michelle Ratti has been teaching at Brookewood since 2014 (with a gap year in Italy). This year, she teaches anatomy & physiology and Italian to upper school students. She is a graduate of University of Notre Dame, where she received her bachelor’s degree in chemistry, and she is also a graduate of Catholic University where she received a master’s degree in philosophy. She has previously taught high school girls at Oakcrest and at the Academy of the Holy Cross. She enjoys both the more rigorous academic work with upper school students and the adventurous scientific work with younger students. She and her husband, Stefano, live in Kensington with their three boys who attend the Avalon School.
