About Colet
Colet Bostick began as a roving substitute teacher at Brookewood in 2018 and now finds herself happily settled in as the middle school English teacher (grades 6, 7, and 8). She graduated from the University of Dallas with a BA in English (1998) and Theology (1999) and earned a Masters of Theological Studies from The John Paul II Institute for Studies on Marriage and Family at the Catholic University of America (2003). Her husband Jim is one of the happy few in the band of brothers who founded The Avalon School; their children Eleanor (Brookewood '22), James (Avalon '25) and Andrew (Avalon '38) are delighted to be a part of the family tradition.
