About Cecilia
Cecilia teaches Italian to 6th, 7th, and 8th graders and Italian III to Upper School students. She is from Lugano, Switzerland, where she grew up. She received a Master’s degree in foreign languages (Russian, English and French) at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan and taught languages for several years. Four years ago she moved with her husband and five kids to Washington, D.C. Her first daughter and son graduated recently from Brookewood and Avalon, and three daughters are currently attending Brookewood.
