About Catherine
Catherine has taught music and choir at Brookewood since the fall of 2021. She is a native of New York, where she grew up in a musical family. Catherine holds a Bachelor of Music and Master of Music in piano performance from The Catholic University of America. Previously, Catherine was the regular accompanist at St. Mary’s Church in Landover Hills, and St. Elizabeth’s Church in Rockville, and continues to substitute frequently at St. Ann in downtown DC. She was also part of the faculty of the International School of Music where she taught private piano. When not teaching, she enjoys playing organ, singing, reading, writing, and sharing her love of music.
